Vintage Wash & Acid Wash T-Shirt Manufacturer
Premium Wear Works runs garment dye, acid, snow, stone and enzyme washes in our own dye house — not a subcontractor. Every batch is controlled for consistent tone and hand-feel, with pre-production samples ready in 7 days and bulk in 25.
What Is Garment Washing?
Garment washing treats the finished, sewn garment — not the raw fabric — with dye, acid, stone or enzymes to soften the hand and shift the color. Because it happens after sewing, every panel and seam fades and softens together instead of mismatched fabric pieces.
Which Wash Fits Your Drop?
| Effect | Best For | |
|---|---|---|
| Garment Dye | Even, saturated tone | Clean colorways, tonal drops |
| Acid Wash | High-contrast mottled fade | Y2K and grunge-inspired streetwear |
| Snow Wash | Frosted, speckled surface | Denim-adjacent graphic tees |
| Stone / Enzyme | Softened hand, light fade | Everyday wear, vintage feel without heavy contrast |

Garments are washed to your target tone in our own dye house drums.
Tumble-dried, measured against your shrinkage spec, then QC'd.
